« Très joli hotel, idéalement situé en plein centre de la magnifique ville de Rapperswil et à 2 pas du port et du lac, des rues piétonnes. La literie est exceptionnelle! Chambre très propre. Petit déjeuner vraiment trop simple, peu de choix. Et ce qui nous a embêté, c’est le parking: obligé d’être de retour à 23:00, sinon vous ne pouvez plus y accéder! Donc ol vaut mieux parquer la voiture dans la zone non réservée à l’hôtel. »

"Une chambre qui sent l'égout, au point où l'odeur fermentée de Sauerkraut rentré dans les vetements. Pas d'accueil donc impossible de demander un changement, surtout quand on y reste qu'une nuit. On découvre une douche par laquelle il faut passer pour les toilettes et dont les relents rentraient dans la chambre. La clime aurait pu sauver le renouvellement de l'air... Sauf qu'elle ne marchait pas. On a dormi la fenêtre ouverte pour avoir un peu d'air respirable, mais il a fallu accepter à la place l'odeur et la température fraîche de la nuit. L'emplacement est très bon, mais au prix payé on méritait de pouvoir respirer."
