There is plenty of room for the whole family, large back yard with fire pit to enjoy evenings, beautiful views of the Escalante Grand Staircase and so much more. Centrally located, you are walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops etc. Escalante is located along the famous Scenic Byway 12\. The Space Master bedroom: king size bed, walk-in closet, and master bathroom. Bedroom 2 king size bed| Bedroom 3 king size bed| Bedroom 4 queen size bed Dining room, two living room spaces, 2 TVs with Roku, dining room, kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, covered front porch, several fruit trees, and patio in the back with fire pit. Corrals in back if you happen to be traveling with livestock. Beautiful hikes, including many slot canyons close by, or short drives to Bryce Canyon National Park and Capital Reef National Park. Pictures were taken immediately after the landscaping installation. The landscaping has not been kept up. Interior: hood over stove was literally dripping grease and dirt into our food while we cooked. We removed the vents and cleaned them multiple times for the next visitors. Clearly those maintaining the property are not doing the proper cleaning. The oven was horrific. Very out dated trailer house, cabinets are peeling, furniture is very warn out with many stains. Don’t let the pictures and reviews fool you.
