"Good value. A 25 mile drive to escalante. Quiet and next to general store and gas station. I couldn't get the wifi to work (connected without internet) but i had good cell signal and didn't need it. Power went out but not owners fault was a storm."

"The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. The rooms were very clean and the kitchen is fully supplied with all the essentials. We were able to see the stars and the milky ways in the middle of the night which was a surprise to us. It was an enjoyable stayed and I am highly recommended this place. "The best VRBO that we have ever rented. Completely satisfied with this property. It's VERY hard to please me in terms of cleanliness; but, I had zero complaints. My compliments to Amanda and Melani on their attention to detail and obvious pride in the home. Communication was great, location perfect, washer and dryer appreciated, and hot tub delightful. And, a big thank you for the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - a few less things to pack. Would not hesitate to stay again."

"This location and this property were a terrific fit for me (Mr. Turning 72), my wife (we're from Chicago suburbs), my daughter and her husband (traveled from KC, MO) and my son, drove from northern WY. We really anticipated that we'd use the property more. But with traveling and hiking every day, it didn't allow as much time to hang at the house. We visited Capitol Reef (twice since it was nearby), Arches, Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Escalante Stairsteps. All great visits, albeit Zion & Arches...

"We had 4 couples and a couple of single folks needing a place to stay while going to Peek-a-Boo and Spooky slot canyons along with other sites like hole-in-the-Wall. We ate some meals at restaurants and other in the house. Everyone thought the house was perfect."

"Perfect place to base from for everything near Escalante. Walk to the two or three resturants/pubs/coffee shops in town and the grocery store. Its clean, plenty of room and has what you need to make a meal and wind down after a day of adventure. We did the slot canyons, Bryce, petrified forest, Devils garden in our short 2 night stay."
