Located in Erquy, 1 km from Le Guen beach, 1.2 km from the shopping center, and 300 m from tennis courts, near the Camping des Pins campsite, this recently built, detached house is surrounded by an enclosed garden of approximately 700 m².  
  
On the ground floor:  
\- Living room;   
\- Open kitchen;   
\- One bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed (two 80 cm beds pushed together)  
\- Shower room, shower, sink, and toilet  
\- Separate toilet  
  
Upstairs:  
\- One bedroom with two single beds;   
\- One bedroom with two single beds;   
\- Shower room;   
\- Separate toilet  
  
\- Covered veranda with garden furniture.  
\- Garage serving as a laundry room: sink, washing machine, and barbecue.  
\- Charges included: bed linen, household linen (towels and tea towels)
