Welcome to the house of your dreams! Built in 2020 in one of Erie, Colorado's most desirable neighborhoods, this nearly 5,000 sq foot, 5-bedroom, 4-bath, corner-lot home features a double-level porch with breathtaking views of sunsets behind the range. Enjoy your evenings in luxurious lounge seating on the private deck off the extra-large master suite, featuring views of one of Colorado's famed "fourteeners," Long's Peak. The master suite features a large ensuite bathroom with a state-of-the-art double-shower, soaking tub with premiere finishes, and two large walk-in closets. The 2 guest bedrooms, twin beds, walk-in closets. They share an amply sized Jack-and-Jill bathroom with separate shower/toilet room. On the main level, enjoy a bright open concept floor plan, with large living and dining room, gas fireplace, and open kitchen, including deluxe appliances like a Viking 6-burner gas range and Zephyr hood.
