Bring your boat and use the boat launch a quarter mile away. The newly renovated dock has a kayak launch & ladder for easy access. The water is deep enough for a pontoon, deck boat or mid sized speedboat (See neighboring boats for reference.) There is a public park and basketball court just a few houses down. There are 2 kayaks available for use. Enjoy the wading herons, waterfowl, and eagles. Don't miss this peaceful retreat.

Kitchen has a Keurig coffee & tea bar, gas stove, oven, microwave, pots, pans, backing sheet, large crab pot, and everything you need for cooking, or use the gas outdoor grill for homemade barbecue. Front loading washer and dryer on the premises, with detergent and dryer sheets.

There are stairs at all entrances, not handicap accessible. Note that the kayaks, grill and dock are not available from October to May.
