Breakfast was great, staff kept on top of everything at all times. Rooms were clean and housekeeping made sure to ask if we needed anything over our multiple days stay. We did get stuck in the elevator so that was rough. Staff maintained their cool and got us out as soon as they humanly were able to. Loved that they had a washer and dryer. The pool was clean and a great bonus to our stay.

The hotel does resemble the photos. However, the weather outside around the 4th of July was incredibly hot. 90+ degree heat and the AC unit is our room was terrible. Not only that, you can not adjust the settings on the unit. It was extremely hard to get comfortable during our 2 day stay. We literally had to step outside of our room a few times to get cool and somewhat comfortable. The WiFi went in and out. Only one elevator was in operation so if several people were using it, you could be waiting a few minutes. The pool was nice though and mostly clean.

I chose this hotel because it had great reviews. Well, don’t always believe what you read. When we first checked in, the room smelled like cigarettes & perfume that had been sprayed to cover it up. So they gave us another room. It was better. The bed was hard. I woke up very sore. The tub had great water pressure until you switched it to shower. The pressure then was non-existent. And it was very hard to regulate the temp unless you like your showers very hot or cold. And the nail on the coffin was the elevators. One of the two was apparently not in service. The one that was “working” was sketchy. When it got to 3rd floor the door opened part way then close again, then finally open. On the day we went to check out, my husband took some of the bags down, and on the way back up, the elevator door did its open/close thing again, except this time it never opened. He and another guest had to ride it up to the 4th floor & then take the steps back down to 3. When we tried to leave with the rest of our bags, it wouldn’t open up on 3 at all, so we had to take the steps. I told the front desk clerk & he said “sorry for the inconvenience. The elevator repair company will be here tomorrow.” We didn’t eat at the breakfast buffet or use the pool so I can’t comment on those.
