Large first-floor apartment in a villa surrounded by the pine forest, just a few steps from the beach. From the terrace, you can enjoy a direct view of the sea. The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests and offers four bedrooms (two double rooms and two with bunk beds), two bathrooms, and a practical layout suitable for families or groups. It includes a washing machine and two private parking spaces in the villa’s large shared garden. To reach the beach, you walk through a park with playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, and cycling paths. Guests can choose between equipped beach facilities or the free beach. The town center is about 200 mt away and can be reached via a small path through the pine forest. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours.
