"We recently stayed at this hotel as a family, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful the hotel is. The facilities are outstanding. The spa is peaceful, immaculate, and the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes. Every area, from our room to communal spaces, was spotless — the hotel’s cleanliness is exceptional. The complimentary shuttle to the ski lift was a fantastic bonus, making our stay seamless and stress-free. As big food lovers, the dining experience was another highlight. Every meal was sensational — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and crafted with care. The quality was genuinely on par with Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve dined in, and we looked forward to every meal. The staff made our stay unforgettable — warm, professional, and always going above and beyond. A special mention to the restaurant team, who made every meal not only delicious but truly enjoyable and memorable. This hotel is more than just a place to stay — it’s an experience. "I have stayed at this hotel several times before and until now I never had any negative experiences. Unfortunately, this stay was quite different. I completed the online check-in in advance and also paid for the room beforehand. When we arrived at the reception, the receptionist kept us waiting for about 15–20 minutes while looking at the monitor and clicking around, without saying anything or asking any questions. In the end, he simply handed over the keys and told us everything was fine and that we could go to our rooms because the stay had already been paid for. It was not clear why this took so long. Our rooms were on the 6th floor. My room faced the highway, and the traffic noise during the night was very loud, so I could barely sleep. During the night around 2–3 a.m. there was also a lot of door slamming and people moving around in nearby rooms, which made the night even more restless. Until now I always had good experiences at this hotel, but unfortunately this stay did not meet the standard I experienced before."

"We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The lounge/restaurant area was a lovely space to relax by the fire and have something to eat and drink. The rooms were nice but could do with some extra features like somewhere to put the suitcase and some better lighting (it was too dark). We also found very limited bathroom amenities for a hotel of this standard. For example a one product "does everything" which I find is more of a 3 star hotel feature. "
