Love this place is right in the heart of downtown, a lot of places to eat and drink, my room was a little small for my like so they were very nice to change my room to a doble bed, more space and roomy I did pay extra but for my comfort I did not care, everyone was so pleasant and helpful, definitely coming back,

I appreciate the people at this hotel. They were so helpful and the person who checked me in was very accommodating to me and my family especially since my mom is handicap because she cannot go upstairs. They were able to find us a room on the first floor and thank you to Hector the gentleman who helped bring our bags to the room and everything literally super helpful. Thank you so much. Every time I come to Ensenada I am going to stay at this hotel

The place is clean and good location to enjoy downtown with many options to Restaurants. We had breakfast at the Hotel’s Restaurant's and the food was excellent . My only complain was that at time of checking out the front desk was so pushy for me to leave the room even after I had requested a little time to have breakfast there. They knocked on my door, called me and I ended up leaving my phone charger behind. I called that same night to notify them but i was told to call next morning. I called next morning to be told that no charger was found. I then went back to hotel, and it took for me to ask for the Gerente/ supervisor and he went back to check and he found it and returned my phone charger. I thanked him because he took the time to really verify and found it. My suggestion is that front desk is more attentive snd listen to requests.

This place is so beautiful and clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. Parking is an issue if you don’t arrive early. All in all, this place is awesome; everything is within walking distance. I do recommend!

PARKING IS SECURED!!!!! If any hotel doesnt have secure parking i dont want it......the pool is awsome, the rooms are cleane, the staff is amazing make sure to tip them....the spot is in the center of Ensenada, cant get better then this location. Wish prices were around 100 year round. Sometimes they go up to like 300 a night. Othere than that its a awsome place
