The place is very clean and contained everything we needed to cook meals. There was even free bottled water and other extras for visitors. The views from the windows and balcony are spectacular. In the evenings we could often see wildlife. We found it to be an easy half hour drive to the north entrance of Yellowstone. The views are breathtaking and the mule deer were so awesome to watch move throughout the day. Also, perfect location to go to Yellowstone and Chico hot springs without having to stay in the crowded touristy area of Gardiner (don't get me wrong, Gardiner is great, but we wanted something outside of the busy). The refridgerator was stocked with water and drinks, there was sugar and creamer for coffee. We enjoyed using the telescope to view wildlife from the deck. My husband and I loved this property. It was in a great location and close proximity to the north gate of Yellowstone. We spent almost every day of our trip in the park and it was great to be able to stop in Gardiner after a long day to get a bite to eat and a drink on the way back to the apartment. It was also great because it was about 10 minutes to Chico Hot Springs, which was perfect for a good soak after a day of travel and hiking. It was also close to where we booked horseback riding, which is a must do activity! This place has everything you will need and is so inviting the moment you walk in! What is advertised in the photos is very accurate! I did bypass the conveniency of being near a city or town for the views specifically. So if you don’t mind a little driving, this place is perfect! And just 30 minutes from Livingston, isn’t the worst!We had a very relaxing stay, which was the whole point. We didn’t go into Yellowstone because of the crowds, but this would be an ideal location if that was a goal.The inside was immaculate and very well stocked. We were quite impressed! We especially appreciated the fridge being stocked with bottled water, along with other beverages of choice (likely left by other individuals). But at the end of our stay, we contributed a leftover bottle of whiskey as well!The outside of the property wasn’t as immaculate with a rundown truck at the edge of the property and construction materials stacked up around the place. Initially I didn’t feel as comfortable and was a little worried. But as soon as we stepped inside, we were very impressed. We enjoyed the large deck, drinking coffee in the morning, beverages of choice in the evening, and driving around taking in the impressive landscapes. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking to avoid the bustle of a city, and to have quiet, relaxing stay with mountain views. ##### Stephannie S.
