"We had an amazing stay at Great Expectations East. The house is very spacious and has an excellent set up if you have a large family with various needs. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms everyone can have their own space. We loved the set up with the dining/ living space and king bedroom on the first floor that opened up to the pool area and walkway to the beach. That allows a quick and easy beach and pool access even with some mobility issues. The beach is just a few steps away from the house, uncrowded with crystal clear, emerald water. The pool was a nice add on - very clean and large enough to swim. The house had everything needed for a week - soap, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, spices and even cooking oil. Pots and pans were in excellent shape, everything that you would need for cooking was supplied (crockpot, blender, food chopper, hand-held mixer). The house is renovated with modern updates and very nice decor including hand painted pictures and some pictures of the host family that we loved! Melissa and Eric were very responsive and accommodating. And with all that, the rental price was also very affordable compared to other houses on the area. We can’t wait for our return trip next year!"
