"It was in terrible condition.The bottom of my feet were black from going barefoot inside our room. The towel bar in the bathroom fell off the wall when I removed a towel. The TV box was bad. The staff originally said we didn't have a reservation but then found it. A window was cracked and held together with tape. We asked for maid service which was done. The bed was left without the bedspread. The staff was very helpful with all of the issues."

"I absolutely loved this property—what a truly unique and memorable experience for my family and me. The three separate buildings offered so much space and comfort. The bunk house was equipped with everything anyone could need and more for cooking, and it was a great place to gather. There were fun games, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the porch with the communal area provided such a peaceful setting. We thoroughly enjoyed grilling and having fires at night, which added to the cozy atmosphere. The kids had a blast on the zip line and swings, and the clever outhouse-style bathroom was both functional and charming. The cabin itself was absolutely stunning—so comfortable and inviting. The front porch was perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. Every detail was thought of, making it an ideal retreat for rest and fun. A special thank you to Jacee for hosting us. My family and I truly felt at home, and we’ll definitely be returning again and again!"

"We booked this hotel based off the positive reviews and lack of availability in the area. Whoever photoshopped the pictures did a great job, because the hotel is run down and filthy. The AC did not work properly, the toilet seat was bubbled and so old it just felt gross to have to use. The beds don’t have full sized pillows. The fridge and freezer had a brown sludge in them and there were questionable smudges all over the walls. The room we had (120) was close to the exit on the opposite end of the office, and had an overflowing dumpster with 4 people sitting around it drinking. They don’t lock the door for “quiet hours” so whoever has a key can get into the hotel, which is a very unsafe feeling considering the exterior activity. The room itself also had a musty smoky smell, which wasn’t pleasant at all. The only clean thing about the room was the made beds. The pricing for this place needs to be re-evaluated because for $175 is not worth it. The girl at the front desk was very sweet and tried to help, but there wasn’t much to be done at this point. I asked if they had a fan we could borrow to drown out the constant slamming of people coming and going, and was initially offered a tiny little fan, but the girl working told the gentleman behind her that they needed to keep the fan there to make sure the computer didn’t overheat. Not caring about the grounds, the guests, the cleanliness, or even enough to make sure the employees had a better environment to work is not okay."

"The property listing needs clearer and more accurate details to set proper expectations. The provided address led us in circles to unrelated private properties, and it would help to note that the cabin is located at the very back of an RV park. The listing described it as a 2-bedroom, 1-bath with a sofa bed, but it is actually a studio setup with one bed and a sofa bed. The bathrooms are in a separate building and require quarters to use the showers. This could be a nice stay for the right guest, but the listing should better describe the actual setup, location, and what to expect. After some back-and-forth communication, things were resolved, but it took more effort than anticipated. There are many other options in the area that may be a better fit depending on what you’re looking for."
