Although swimming is not allowed in the lake, the community does have a beautiful pool that guests are privy to use during their stay (during pool season).

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Coffee pot, crockpot, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.

Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat/air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable, satellite or Smart TV, internet, and a gas grill.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).

Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Required Fees - Cleaning, Processing, Accidential Damage Insurance,
15% lodging tax and hotel motel tax of $5 per night added to all reservations

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST AND DRIVER'S LICENSE. LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS (MADE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF ARRIVAL) ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK IN AT THE OFFICE AND IT IS THE GUESTS RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO DO SO. WE DO NOT ALLOW SAME DAY CHECK IN'S ON SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS.
