There are also built-in benches that seat 15+ people on the back deck! As for the couch and dining room furniture, we're sorry it didn't meet your Hollywood standards. We’ll pass your feedback along to our EVL design team. 3. **Kitchen Chaos and Cleanliness Concerns**: Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We do have a 4.95 rating out of 5 stars rating with 100+ reviews between Vrbo and Airbnb. So who’s wrong, you decide? 4. **Detergent Dilemma**: If something is missing, please reach out to us! For example, the dish detergent pods were under the kitchen sink in a box labeled “dish detergent pods.” Mystery solved, two new boxes of them were placed there right before your stay. With this particular guest, we reached out to them 9 times throughout their booking and stay and didn't get a single response from them until that outrageous review.
