« Excellent service and very peaceful location, even though slightly steep last few 100 yards for the car. Nice view from the room and property in general. Staff and cook are very very polite. Rooms were clean and organized. Bathrooms were also clean, although slightly wet after they clean (hosts can perhaps look into this and ensure bathrooms are wiped after cleaning). This was only reason for for a 4-star rating on “rooms” (instead of 5-star rating). »

« One of the worst experiences in our travel life. Check in at 2 pm. The place was not ready until 6 pm. The sheets were dirty and we have to have them change after we checked in. The booking says that we get to Occupy the entire place. in the middle of the right 4 guys showed up and checked in tomineof the rooms in the house. We felt very unsafe. We only got one bath towel which is worn down. No toiletries. After 15 minutes of argument we got two extra kitchen towel as wash cloth. We booked for 4...

« The Ibex property has one of the best views in all of Coonoor. We visited some of the higher end hotels and found that the views did not compare to that of Ibex. The bungalow is a old heritage style, gorgeous bungalow , the staff is very very sweet and helpful, and it's very worth the price! They even provide a good breakfast, games and books on request, and gave us a little goodbye token which was so warm and loving! »

« Wonderful stay with the best crew working around the clock for good food and for any other help. We will definitely be back, owner is also a nice person when she came , she said hi to us and ensured our stay was pleasant.
