There were things draped on chairs in the living room and there were no towels in the bathrooms or kitchen. Toilet paper holders were broken in 2 bathrooms, along with a towel bar pulled from the wall. Several cabinet pulls were broken. There were remotes for the room fans, but they didn’t work. We could get the fan to work with the switch on the wall, but not the light. Several ceiling fans were so noisy, couldn’t sleep with them on. Got the towels the next morning. When planning a stay with certain websites just based off pictures, some outcomes can be disappointing. However, our stay here was more than we ever expected. The pictures and descriptions were on point. We had a family of 11 and we all fit comfortably, not cozy but comfortably. We didn’t plan on doing any cooking during our stay but we certainly could have. We didn’t plan around where our event was taking place so we did have a travel a bit but that was on our part. The house was very homey and huge. We loved the back yard and the amenities. The were very minor things that were t a big deal like the trash can lid in the kitchen, the upstairs bathroom door, and balls and bean bags for the court and cornhole need to be pumped and replaced. Other than that this place is a definite place to stay. If ever in El Paso we would rent again. Thank you for your hospitality and gorgeous house. ##### Abelita B.
