The room are big, clean and comfortable. The service is good and breakfast is served in the room. The location is great at it is far from the buz of the city but there are tricycles that can take you to elnido downtown for 2 dollars in 10min. However it is missing a common area or bar or seats by the pool so we ended up staying all the time inside the room. Even the terrace is covered. There were no other guests during the night we checked in. I appreciated how the hotel gave us glass bottles of distilled drinking water that we can refill (no single use plastic!). The breakfast was of good quality - the fruits were fresh and I enjoyed the coffee. It's a reasonable walk to Trattoria Altrove, which I really liked!
