I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all

The staff will do anything and everything for you not to have access to ice, I made several attempts to obtain access to the ice machine room and all were denied

An incredible stay from start to finish. Our first time in the Dominican Republic and we couldn’t have asked for a better trip. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming, shout out to Samuel, Alvin, Valencio, Joan & Eloy as bar staff, incredible service and such a laugh! The hotel was stunning, incredibly clean and modern, the swim out room was a dream, with the options of the two Excellence pools as well as the main pool & beach. Food was great, with options for every type of cuisine you could wish for, including traditional Dominican food on the breakfast buffet- Delicious!! We also sampled the spa, although expensive as a luxury treat, we could not fault the staff and the experience was well worth the money. Highly recommend the Excellence group of any all inclusive holidays, and we will certainly be back!!
