« We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! "Ne demandez rien, c’est toujours non, même un expresso au petit déjeuner c’est pas possible il n’y a à pas de machine !! une table ronde pour 5 aussi trop compliqué de la dresser. Garder une des deux chambres le jour du départ jusqu’à 16h il faut attendre 24h après maintes relances pour devoir aller à la réception s’entendre dire non. Les gens sont gentils mais non formés, le service est mauvais, la nourriture médiocre. Aux différents bars piscine ou plage pas de café, ni froid ni chaud, il faut faire le tour de l’hôtel pour aller au Dolce, jamais vu ça. Impossible de se baigner devant l’hôtel il faut aller devant l’hotel Secret car ils n’ont pas délimité de zone de baignade devant le Dreams. Donc drapeau noir tous les jours comme ça ils sont tranquilles. Quant aux soit disants 8 restaurants …on les cherche le soir : buffet (médiocre) mexicain, méditerranéen, italien (médiocre), japonais (à la carte médiocre, à la table du chef un peu mieux) le reste notamment le piano bar vous n’y avez pas accès si vous avez moins de 18 ans. Frustrants quand on a des ados de 14 et 17 ans. Ne prenez pas le supplément pour la suite vue partielle sur la mer il n’y a que la vue sur le bâtiment d’en face que vous verrez!! Assez déçus pour le prix "
