#### Maison incroyable mais attention aux frais cachés
La maison est très bien située et également très confortable. Nous avons seulement noté , comme d'autres avant nous le petite taille du réfrigérateur pour 8 et l'état avancé des literies qui mériteraient d'être changées. Par contre attention aux frais cachés voire abusives : nous avons été chargés de 250€ pour un lavabo prétendument bouché par nos soins, une surconsommation électrique ( sans avoir eu le niveau compteur en début de séjour) et des traces aux murs non constatés à la remise des clé. Avons essayé de joindre a plusieurs reprise la propriétaire ... sans réponse de sa part.

#### Maison spacieuse et très lumineuse
Nous avons passé une semaine en février dans cette magnifique maison exposée plein sud. A cette saison, on peut voir le soleil se lever sur la mer depuis le lit et en profiter encore au moment de l'apéro. Il y a l'embarras du choix pour se prélasser sur les terrasses, très bien aménagées. La maison est très propre et la literie de bonne qualité. Une voiture est indispensable .

#### Un coin de paradis
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa. La vue est absolument superbe sur 180°. La décoration de la villa est de très bon goût (extérieur et intérieur). La taille et profondeur de la piscine la rendent très agréable. Les espaces extérieurs fournissent différentes ambiances permettant à chaque moment de trouver au moins un coin d'ombre et plus aéré. Le mobilier extérieur est d'excellente qualité et très confortable. Les chambres adultes sont très confortables tandis que le confort du lit de la chambre d'enfants l'est un peu moins. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée et nous avons été très bien accueilli par Anja avec qui nous avons eu un très bon contact. Nous avons aussi apprécié le contact avec les propriétaires. Un petit point d'amélioration serait de prévoir une taille de frigo plus grande et de munir la cuisine extérieure d'une plancha. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ... nous sommes déjà nostalgiques moins de 24 heures après notre retour :-)

Quel bel espace!!! Maison située à quelques mètres de la mer...chaque matin, un plaisir de la vue surtout quand le ciel est bleu... Intérieur très spacieux, décoré avec goût... Piscine chauffée au max ...en avril c'est appréciable une eau à 34° Un beau souvenir!!!

#### Great stay, beautiful place great views.
The house is certainly spectacular and very well maintained, we had a great overall experience. One suggestion for chillier months of the year heating the pool would be a plus, the charge of 300 extra euros for turning the heating on for 3 days seemed a bit excessive, that is equivalent to almost 20% of the total price of the stay !. Other than that, greatly recomended.

#### Amazing 5 star property
You will not beat this property, its views and the overall architect designed inside and outside features. Everything is recently supplied top end furniture throughout and many balconies, 4 beds rooms, bathrooms etc. Beautiful pool and pool facilities chairs loungers etc. Special beach bar area for entertaining.. Huge kitchen, good aircon.. One of the best properties around, you need a car for restaurants shopping etc. Lots of stairs as the property has 4 levels.

The house was incredible! Literally hanging over the Mediterranean Sea. We went with 2 other couples.There are 2 delicious restaurants within walking distance that we ate at several times. Also did a Paella cooking class in Alicante where we visited the biggest market in Spain. Took the train to Valencia one day. We are already planning when I can come back. Check in with Anja was very easy. Thank you!

This is our third time in the villa but the first since the renovation, which has only made the villa even better. Beautiful views, very modern and clean property, we will happily return in the future. Beautiful villa and position. Restaurant within easy walking distance. Lovely pool and being able to have it heated made it a perfect temperature. Unable to initially connect to wifi as information given wasn't correct, but our queries with this & where to empty the bins were answered very quickly.

#### A Really Special Property
Such a great villa that exceeded all our expectations. Great layout with a lovely range of outdoor areas to enjoy. Everything felt new and super clean. Incredible uninterrupted views of the ocean and the light at sunset was simply stunning. A really special place to stay, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and hope that we can return one day.

#### Breathtaking views
Absolutely stunning villa. Decor and furnishings to a very high standard. The views were amazing even purchased some binoculars to watch the world go by and managed to also see dolphins which was a bonus. The villa had everything needed for a wonderful holiday if I was to say anything negative it would be the 33 stairs to reach the floor from the pool with a bathroom. The first floor above the pool only has access to outdoor seating area and entry to the house into the utility room. The second floor has a beautiful open plan kitchen dinner and living space with a further outdoor dinning area. The beds were super comfortable which is a bonus! Anja the housekeeper was wonderful. There are two local restaurants and a small store in walking distance to the property which we used on a couple of occasions. El Campello is approx 12 mins drive and has an array of bars and restaurants and a lovely beach area. Spanish supermarket and Aldi is also very close by but a car is needed.

#### Beautiful villa with amazing views
The villa was absolutely beautiful with so many lovely spots for hanging out. The pool area was amazing, great loungers and parasols for lazing around on. The view from the terrace outside the kitchen is stunning. It was very easy to arrange to get keys etc and all communication was fab. We ate in the restaurant at El Portet a couple of nights which was pleasant. But you need a car to get around and to beaches etc.

Detta hus är helt magiskt fint! Allt var över förväntan och ännu finare än bilderna. Vi var 6 vuxna och 2 barn som spenderade en vecka här. Vi älskade det allihop! Vi hyrde bilar vilket vi rekommenderar för att ta sig runt till andra fina ställen. Men mycket tid spenderades också i huset eftersom det var så fantastiskt där. Anja som skötte huset var jättetrevlig och hjälpsam. Kan bara varmt rekommendera detta ställe, vi kommer säkerligen åka dit igen!
