« The Margaret Suite (room 8) double room was really good. Four poster bed and a fridge in the room. It’s the first floor bay window at the front of the building so you can see the sea. Apart from arrival, I didn’t see staff again. The room was clean and the room was quiet. The Expedia booking confirmation from the hotel starts with “Unfortunately…” and goes on about what you can and can’t do and their right to change the price. It’s not very welcoming so I’d recommend changing that. »

« Hotel 1 peu vieillot. Du bruit dans les canalisations, pas de prise électrique autour du lit pour le smartphone, pièce froide. La qualité n'est pas à la hauteur du prix. L'emplacement est top. »

« Absolutely disgusting. Smelt like human piss HORRENDOUSLY. Carpet was miss coloured from stains. Burn marks on blanket. Bed was floor level. Smelt like fresh current cigarette even tho there’s no smoking signs. Would absolutely not stay here!!!!!!! My clothes all smelt the next day. I backpacked Thailand and nothing was this gross. »

« A lovely flat close to all the amenities and transport hubs in Sunderland. Only a 20min walk to the Stadium of Light if you are going to the football. There is a great curry house just next door and a Wetherspoon across the road for breakfast. »

« I had to booked to stay overnight. When I arrived. I checked in approx 2045. Went to room. Seemed to be dirty room, as edges of carpet not hoovered. mattress exposed appeared tired. Hallway on 2nd floor smelled of weed and urine. The door just next to mines had been kicked off the hinges. Was wide open with damage. I raised issue with Khizai, I checked out and didn't stay as didn't feel safe. As seems to be shady individuals dealing drugs at the premises. I have messaged for resolution but no...

« Property clean and convenient to Seaham. Two short flights of stairs to rooms with 3 sets of doors to go through. No lift and no help to get luggage to room. Registration at bar and staff was busy with patrons so check in and out took time. Parking on site. Security good. »

« Clean & comforts, but there’s no table which even can’t have a simple breakfast. Have 2 sofa which are no use for us. It’s better to have a table & storage drawer. »
