Those considering the property should know that the two bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. Beds were comfortable and both rooms had ample space. Instructions for tv use and streaming services were clear and easy to find. Neighborhood is a bit rundown but we did not feel at all unsafe. »

Perfect location for the wedding we attended in nearby Marshall (15 min away), and the option to rent the golf cart was a fun way to get around town to see the BIG things.
