The property is secluded and very quiet. I was only in for the one night, so didnt really have much opportunity to explore all of the fascilities. There were other guests, but heard nothing from them, except while transiting between the room and the vehicle. The property owner was very friendly and welcoming. I have already booked my return stay in two weeks.

The owner is a really nice guy, very friendly. It was a really nice quiet room. Very clean, beds were comfortable. Had a fridge and microwave. Quick drive too food. Buddy just took ownership and it doing renovations so give him time. We would stay there anytune passing thru.

Staff was amazing for our last minute stay to get some sleep after travelling from Quebec to PEI. He told us to stay as long as we needed the next day cause we checked in so late but we did leave before check out. Honestly the room was 100 times better then the hotel we had stayed in Quebec where we paid triple the price. It was a short visit but next time i'm travelling again to Quebec or Ontario I know where ill be staying for a break!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable beds. Location close to highway and easy to find but no highway noise disturbed our sleep. No fault of owners, but be advised to bring drinking water, if you are very sensitive, as the city water smelled a bit like sulfur. Definitely on my list to go to again.

Clean but had a couple issues
That was my 3 time staying there this year,rooms have always clean. But this time had no hot water,let it run for some time but no change all cold,try to phone office phone in room didnt work, said piss on it went to bed.Work up this morn had a cold shower at 6 am,my wife had one at 7am had some hot water

We drove up from Ontario, and arrived very late. The owner was super friendly at 3am and was quick to get us checked in. The room was clean and had a nice little Christmas welcome. Also had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee station. They are just off the highway and pet friendly. We will be back again.

I had a very late check in but the owner was incredibly friendly and personable. The property is a little dated but the room was exceptionally clean, much better than a lot of chain hotels I’ve stayed at. Anytime I’m travelling through Edmonston NB and need a place to stay I would not hesitate to book here again.

Low expectations and still disappointed
Booked as a stop to break up a long drive. Room was cold and damp, walls had dirt and some moisture damage on them. Old toothpaste left in the sink. Fingerprints all over the mirror. Bed was made with 2 top sheets and no fitted sheet. Furniture was a bit disorganized and untidy. Water smelt horrible and there was no hot water even after letting it run. I don’t expect a lot from cheap accommodations but i did at least expect hot water and a properly made bed. Would have saved the money and slept in my car if i was aware, other reviews seem to be misleading. Staff was friendly upon checking in

I stayed on my way through from Ontario to Nova Scotia. A perfect place to lay your head. Fast and friendly check-in, comfortable beds, has all the basics you need. Would be lovely in the summer as it's in a quiet, pretty area. Just a few kilometres from everything you might need in Edmundston.

There was no one at reception and other office locked. The place was deserted with NO ONE around and no other guests. Call numbers all went to voicemails that weren't registered so no msg could be left. Specifically the motel's main number plus two other posted on-call numbers. Awful and frankly, quite creepy in the dark.

Bathroom was about 5x5 ft and contained a toilet and a bathtub. No room to move. Water smelled like sewer . I did not take a shower because of the smell. They said it was pet friendly but did not tell me there was an extra charge of $25 . The room was freezing when I arrived. Took a while to heat up to be comfortable. I do not recomend this place to anyone.

This is a good, inexpensive place to stay when travelling through. This is a budget motel, so I'm comparing it to other budget places I've stayed. We stayed in mid-November, so there's not much to say about the surroundings at the snowy start of winter. The motel is dated, but I can confirm what I read in other reviews - the room was very clean. This was my priority while travelling. The motel is a minute or two off the highway, so you don't have to drive far, but it's far enough away that you don't hear highway noises. It's one exit away from the Grey Rock complex, so you're very close to restaurants, gas, etc. The owner was communicative and came by to make sure we had what I needed when we got in at 9pm. The beds were comfortable, wifi was stable, and the room had all the basic amenities you need for an overnight stay. Again, it's not a luxury accommodation, but if you're just looking for a safe overnight place to stay, this is a good candidate. I will certainly stay here again.
