David went out of his way to send personal welcoming and checkout emails along with being there for a assistance if needed while still giving you your privacy. Listing says 2 king beds which was great but they have queen sheets on them so have to huddle to the middle anyway. Patio doors and windows are falling apart and you just might fall through the patio floor very soon. Kitchen was beautiful, furniture is comfy. Not quite sure what the problem is with not having live TV in VRBO’s these days. Maybe it’s just me but when I stay in a VRBO it’s for something other than sitting in the room watching Netflix.
