"We had a mixed experience overall. When we arrived, we were offered a “welcome drink,” but it was not complimentary, we had to pay for it. This felt a bit misleading and could be communicated more clearly. The room cleanliness could also be improved. There was noticeable hair on the bathroom floor, and the room had a damp, musty smell, which made it less comfortable. Some basic amenities were missing. There was no milk provided with the coffee, and it took three requests before it was delivered. At the beach, coffee was also served without milk, which seems like a simple detail that should be addressed. Housekeeping was inconsistent throughout our stay. On different days, essential items were missing, such as toilet paper or water, and toiletries like soap, cotton buds, and cotton pads were not replenished. After one service, the rubbish bin was also left full. These are small things individually, but together they affect the overall experience. The hotel’s own linen policy was also not followed. The information card states that linen is changed daily unless requested otherwise, but in our case it was not changed after several days and only done after we raised it at reception. That said, there were also some very positive aspects. Breakfast was really enjoyable, and one staff member who was present every day provided excellent and attentive service. "C'est une maison qui a une histoire et une âme comme en témoignent son agencement (4 1/2 niveaux), son mobilier, sa décoration. Ici pas d'aménagement standard de type Ikea, c'est tant mieux et si tout n'est pas parfait, on privilégie le charme.On trouve les ustensiles nécessaires pour cuisiner (nous étions 8), c est appréciable.Terrasses et jardin font plonger le regard du haut de la colline vers la mer ! De belles plages à 10/15mn en voiture. Un véhicule est nécessaire car la maison est située sur les hauteurs.Les hôtes sont accueillants. Un séjour authentique et agréable. Merci"

"Beautiful place calm, peaceful and great service. We only had breakfast & evening cocktails, well located with near by beaches a 40 min drive from the airport. We loved it"

"Disappointing. The room was lovely as well as the pools however sadly the staff were not friendly as mentioned in other reviews and we often felt ignored or like they were not interested. There wasn’t much of an atmosphere in the day and it just felt a bit flat. The hotel is a bit off the beaten track ensure you hire a car and fly to Cagliari Airport. The casual restaurant food was mediocre however the formal restaurant food was very nice! "

"This hotel is not bad. However, it is on top of a supermarket , close to the town by-pass and overlooking a petrol station, so not a great vibe. It is a convenient base to explore the area. You can walk in to Pula which has a good selection of restaurants etc. The hotel breakfast was nice. The evening pizzeria also. The room was ok, but nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels. We didn't use the paddling pool as it closes early evening for the pizzeria to open. Limited free parking. Friendly and mostly helpful staff. "

"Had a great time at Latana. It is a short walk into Pula, and the people in town were generally quite nice and accommodating. Nora beach and Archeological Park are both awesome. Staff was great. We had the breakfast plan and were quite satisfied with it. No complaints whatsoever. Everything was perfect."
