Cozy, healthy and serene getaway. This accommodation, made up of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, 3 toilets, living room, dining room and kitchen, offers you a very pleasant space. On the ground floor: \- equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer) Washing product, maintenance, toilet paper and garbage bags Not provided, \- dining room 10 people \- living room (television + internet + double sofa bed). Important info: \- The 20 euros for cleaning, paid on booking, correspond to a final cleaning, so that the following tenants find the gîte in the same state of cleanliness as yourself. \- On departure, the accommodation must be left tidy, clean, dishes clean and tidy, garbage evacuated in the containers outside provided for this purpose. \- If you really don't want to do the cleaning, please let me know by email, a supplement will be requested. \- An internal regulation will be sent to you for more information after the reservation. Excellent property in a beautiful area especially if you are interested in cycling / hiking. Only down side is the opening days and times of local restaurants which caught us out a bit but the house is very well equipped and as we are all keen cooks then this wasn't a problem for us but may be for some. We were warmly welcomed and given clear instructions upon arrival. The house was impeccably clean, and the owner was incredibly friendly. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and thanks to the roll-down shutters, the room was beautifully dark, making for a peaceful night's sleep. Although we didn't have much time to explore the surroundings, the location seemed fantastic. Even with our limited view, we could tell that the setting was something special. All in all, our short stay here was a delightful experience. From the warm reception to the comfortable amenities and the serene atmosphere, this cottage provided the perfect resting spot for our journey. However, when a property has a dishwasher I'd expect it to be good when the machine is loaded and not wrongly started. Also I'd expect to find some handsoap at the washbasins. And if smokedetectors are on the list of material said to be in place I'd expect to see them. Heating at 16.5 C might be the usual in the region, but not for visitors from Nordic Countries where 20-21 is more of the norm. Lack of cellphone coverage is good to know about, even if there is WiFi included which worked well. This property showed up with filtering on Electric Care Charging, however none was present on the property - nor on the description of the property online so it seems the Filtering worked wrongly. Clair was an explicit host leaving nothing unclear. Read the description in detail, there will be nothing outside it available and it's monitored to the letter. Die Unterkunft war außerordentlich sauber und hygienisch. Die Gastgeberin war sympathisch, sehr aufmerksam, rücksichtsvoll und bei Fragen gut erreichbar und dabei aber sehr diskret und keineswegs aufdringlich. Für Reisende mit Kleinkindern könnte die offene Treppe zwischen Erdgeschoss und erstem Stock erwähnenswert sein. Es gibt zwar ein Geländer und ein Absperrgitter im oberen Bereich, aber Kinder unter 3 jahren sollten dennoch immer beaufsichtigt werden (ebenso im Außenbereich - die Gastgeberin informiert aber ausführlich über mögliche Gefährdungen). In der Umgebung hat man tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Badeseen, Châteaux de Commarin et Châteauneuf, Fahrt mit der Dampflokomotive und Bootsfahrt auf dem Canal de Bourgogne in Pouilly, Dijon, Beaune, Alésia, Flavigny, ...).Es war ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder! Le cadre est idyllique et reposant. La maison est bien située, à 1/2h maximum des grands sites de Bourgogne : Dijon, Hospices de Beaune… Nous avons donc pu facilement visiter la région sans passer des heures sur la route. Mais les environs directs sont aussi à voir. Pour le plaisir simple de respirer l’air de la campagne et admirer des paysages préservés. Belles couleurs d’automne ! La maison de Claire est très agréable avec sa grande baie vitrée qui donne sur le jardin. Et parfaite pour se retrouver en famille et cuisiner des bons petits plats. Confort +++ et calme absolu. Le gite est vraiment bien place pour ce genre d'activité, comme la marche, VTT ou visite de caves ou farniente. Concernant la propriétaire, c'est une personne charmante, qui est toujours à l'écoute de ces locataires. Le logement est aménagé et décoré avec beaucoup de gout. Il est propre, au calme et grâce à une grande baie vitrée très lumineux. Le jardin est également accessible en toute liberté. Nous conseillons cet endroit ##### Maurice M. Die Lage war für uns perfekt für Ausflüge mit dem E-Bike und für kurze Wandertouren. Es gibt viele kleine und größere Sehenswürdigkeiten ganz in der Nähe (erreichbar mit dem Fahhrad) und in bis zu 1 h Entfernung mit dem Auto. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und angenehm sauber. Wir durften den Garten benutzen und Claire hat uns mit selbst geerntetem Obst verwöhnt. ##### Bjoern F. Mooi en zeer proper huis. Claire was zeer vriendelijk, maar de communicatie was wat moeilijk soms omdat wij niet goed frans spreken. Ook de late check-in vonden we iets minder handig.
