It has a retractable awning so you can have shade or sun. Fred, the owner, met us at the property and showed us around and introduced us to the neighbor. "Wir sind an einem Feiertag angereist. Unsere Gastgeber hatten uns deshalb den Kühlschrank mit Eier, Milch, Butter, O-Saft, Bier und Sekt vorbefüllt. Weiterhin gab es noch selbstgemachte Marmelade, eingemachte Gurken und einen selbst gebackenen Nusszopf sowie eine Obstschale. Die Wohnung ist top sauber, gepflegt und modern eingerichtet und uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Vermieter sind herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. "Absolutely loved the property. It’s very clean, quiet and has wonderful clean air away from the city. The washer and dryer are such a great addition and a necessity when traveling. The host was amazing and the daily morning bread delivery was so super convenient. It’s only a short drive from Bamberg and conveniently located for all fun things to do in the region."

"Casa Beni is a nice, clean little apartment that worked out very well for me and my wife in our car tour of southern Germany. I'm not sure about bus and train access, but if you're traveling by car this is a quiet, comfortable spot that is easy to get to. Good location just outside of Bamberg, we were able to make day trips to Bayreuth, Nuremberg, and Wurzburg. Easy access to the autobahn, and there is a lightly used back road that furnishes quick access to REWA, Aldi, Woolworth and more....

"This apartment was close to what we needed in Forchheim but yet a world away. The deck has a gorgeous view of the surrounding area and of the nearby hills. The apartment was clean and bright and the hosts were friendly and made us feel so welcome. We had everything we needed during our stay. "What a nice place, and the apartment was in an ideal neighborhood. The bathroom was a little tight, but it worked, who spends lots of time in the bathroom when you can be meandering the streets of Bamberg. The place was exceptionally clean and the working with the owner was a delight. Thanks for a wonderful visit!"

"We stayed here for 3 days while touring the region. We found it a comfortable place to base ourselves and relax between activities. The property is just off the main road with it's own parking space which is nice. Check in and check out was super easy. The only complaint I might have is that there wasn't any shower gel provided - not fun on a Sunday evening when everything is shut! Other than that, would be happy to suggest to others."
