Front desk staff did not indicate that there was a ramp to use to take my luggage from the first to the second floor when I asked about an elevator on check in, so I carried it up the steps only to later find a ramp on the other end of the hall.
Later, front desk helped to resolve my desk lamp that was not working. They didn´t stop until I had a workable lamp!
Public area carpets and floors were dirty for the whole stay.
Hot tub did not work.
They ran out of fruit and yogurt for the 2nd day´s breakfast, so there were no healthy options to have.
