The location is perfect - you walk three houses down to the end of the road to probably 20 stairs down to a great tidal bay beach. Paula was super nice, just happened to run into her a few times and it was always a nice surprise / pleasant exchange. Anything you need for the kitchen is there. The cottage was clean, well-supplied, nicely decorated and comfortable. I really enjoyed having both a screened in porch and outside deck to choose from as the weather changed. It's perfect for a vacation getaway! It's a short walk down the block to the water and easy drives to the ocean side and restaurants. Our hosts responded quickly to a couple questions. My friend and I stayed at the cottage. It is an adorable, clean place and the location is perfect. Close to beach, with restaurants and other attractions within a short drive. The neighborhood is very walkable...and sunsets?...stunning.! When we were done exploring for the day we were on the deck, which provided a very private and peaceful time. The cottage is perfect for a girls getaway, or a couple with two children. The owners provide great instructions prior to arrival and are easily reached with any questions. I don't think I would choose to stay in the more commercial Cape (Hyannis) again. The cottage was just the right size for 2 adults. We would definitely rent again. ##### Deborah C.
