« The staff were very friendly and personable. Our room was spotless and smelled fresh upon entry. The only issue we encountered was the elevator went out on the second day of our stay. We were on the 4th floor and had to march up the stairs with little kids a few times a day. It was an inconvenience, but it wasn’t the worst thing for us. « My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and clean. Dominic at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. He called me after we left to inform me I had left phone charger. I really appreciated this call. I went back by to pick up my cord and Dominic kindly assured me that I wasn’t the only person to do this. I will definitely stay here again! »
