Excellent Service in Dyersburg
Good location for my trip. Clean, getting a face lift which is nice. All staff was great and the breakfast was fantastic, especially for a hotel. Had trouble with the TV and rather than walking us through it on the phone, they came up to fix it. Small town friendly!

Very pleasant employees. The rooms were very clean. It looks like the rooms were updated recently. The breakfast was very good and the ladies who prepared it were very pleasant and helpful. The front desk workers always greeted me with a smile.

My only complaint is that the bathroom had a funky moldy smell & there were silverfish bugs on the bathroom floor. Silverfish bugs are attracked to moisture, that explains the moldy bathroom smell.

Incredible breakfast, with rapid restocking. Clean room and comfortable beds. Nice pool. Our room took forever to cool down and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Cobwebs in the rooms. Took towels and trash out of room one day and did not replace towels, next day only left one towel. Didn't make bed. Smelled like someone was smoking in the hallway

The staff is so polite and helpful. The pool is awesome and warm. The rooms are clean and nice looking. The breakfast is good and alot of variety of items.

What sold me on this property, when compared to other hotels in the area, were the reviews on the breakfast. It turned out, however, that their oven was broken and the breakfast selection was below par. The two ladies working in the area, though, were exceptionally nice and helpful. The actual room had very stained carpeting. The bathroom floor needed a good scrubbing and the tub appeared to have been caulked by a child. Staying in a dirty room is not appealing. The beds were comfortable, and once the smokers talking outside in the courtyard went to bed we had a good night sleep. The folks at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. I think I'll try another hotel the next time I'm in Dyersburg. At these prices I expect more.
