This is one of the nicest places to stay. I like the alpine theme of the hotel. The room was quiet and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt completely at home here.

I have been to this hotel many times, since it is the base for an event that happens annually. But I have never stayed at the hotel until this year, I managed to book early before it filled up this time. The rooms are luxurious and spacious, you can swing two cats at the same time no problem. The only negative is the location, if you are not driving the Uber or Taxi out will be costly, fortunately for me I was transported around by others at the event that had driven their cars to the event. The staff are excellent, the breakfast service especially is very organised. I never got a chance to use the sauna or pool this year, but have used it as a guest in the past - also high recommended.

Nach einer Panne erst nachts halb 2 eingecheckt. Alles prima, netter Herr an der Rezeption. Ab in das echt sehr schön eingerichtete und große Zimmer. Nach 20 Stunden unterwegs sein fielen wir ins Bett. 4 Stunden später wurde meine Frau wach weil etwas summte. Wir machten das Licht an und das ganze Zimmer war voll mit irgend welchen Insekten. Die Fenster, die Wände, die Decke wirklich überall. Schlaf war somit beendet. Da sahen wir auch das schmutzige Bettlaken welches und 4 stunden vorher nicht aufgefallen war. Wir machten Bilder von allem und gingen zur Rezeption. Nachdem die Mitarbeiterin es sich angesehen hat schlug sie uns vor, einen Mitarbeiter hochzuschicken der mal sprühen würde, dann wäre das Zimmer wieder ok. Wir lehnten dankend ab und reisten ab obwohl geplant war noch etwas zu bleiben. Kein entgegenkommen beim Preis, kein richtiges Entschuldigung oder ähnliches . Einmal und Nie wieder obwohl das Hotel selbst sehr schön ist.

Wir hatten ein super schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche, Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und das Hotel hat einen tollen Einrichtungsstil mit viel Holz und klasse Hüttenoptik. Auch der Saunabereich war schön. Er ist nicht arg groß aber die Duschen sind in einer Art größeren Grotte und die Backofensauna war wirklich sehr heiß eingestellt sodass wir gut saunieren konnten. Zudem war es sehr ruhig und wir haben gerne dort übernachtet. Gegessen haben wir im Restaurant mit Biergarten und fanden auch toll, dass direkt nebenan eine sehr gepflegte Minigolfanlage ist. Auch das Parken ging total problemlos und war mit 6€/Tag sehr günstig.

Het hotel is makkelijk te bereiken en ligt in een prachtige omgeving. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was prima, schoon en alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Het ontbijtbuffet is ook zeker een aanrader!

Das Zimmer war Klasse. Meine Kritik gilt vor allem dem Silvesterprogramm und dem Frühstücksbuffet. Für die Erwachsenen wurde außer dem essen gar keine Unterhaltung geboten. Wir sind dann rüber zur Party aber da war der Altersdurchschitt für uns zu hoch (ich Schätze ihn auf 60-65). Um halb eins machte im Hotel die Bar zu. Für Silvester unserer Meinung nach viel zu früh. Das Frühstücksbuffet haben wir uns angesehen und dann an der Rezeption wieder abbestellt. Die Tische waren nicht gesäubert, viele noch nicht abgeräumt. Man sitzt sehr ungemütlich - wie in einer Mensa. Die meisten Töpfe mit Inhalt waren vergriffen. Wir waren 1 Stunde vor Buffetschluss vor Ort.

Baumchalet war wirklich schön. Sehr ruhig und schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Personal war überall sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzig das Buffet im Biergarten vom AlpinePark ist vom Angebot und Auswahl zu dem aufgerufenen Preis von 33,90€ p. Person schon fast unverschämt. Aber das Frühstück im Hotel ist sehr gut mit guter Auswahl. Alles in allem zu empfehlen.
