This home features a state of the art natural gas stove/fireplace, new windows, new appliances, granite counter-tops, crystal chandeliers, antique furniture and art. The home sits on a 20 acre parcel which backs up to spectacular cliffs and provides stunning views of the coveted, Animas River Valley. Enjoy the private, covered tennis court and relax on the outdoor patio overlooking the beautiful green pastures after a long day exploring this wonderful area. Ride your bike or jog on the country road that meanders through this scenic river valley. Your pet will love the large pasture to play in! This Victorian cottage is one-story and features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, along with a large old farmhouse-style kitchen and a comfortable living room. We loved having the fireplace in the living room for a couple of rainy days and chilly evenings. The location was perfect for viewing deer, turkeys and the occasional fox. ##### Tim B. The only thing that i am bummed about was we drove 19 hrs and were counting on the hot tub to relax in only to get there and see a sign that said "Hot tub out of commission." The house was clean and nicely decorated and no complaints there accept we did have to wash the dishes before we could use them. Not sure if they had been in dishwasher and didn't get ran and put away mistakenly. Anyway, all in all it was a nice place with beautiful scenery. ##### Jody B. The farmhouse is all we hoped for, and the setting is beautiful in the most Southwesternly way possible, looking out on the Animas River Valley with its Colorado-red cliffs and open-to-the-universe skies. The host is near enough to be honestly attentive to all we needed. ##### Steven G. It was a little warm, but I knew before hand there was no air conditioning. It was very Victorian, quaint decorations and lots of decorative pillows :). I had my dog with me, coming from Phoenix she loved the grass!! It was a perfect starting point to everything we wanted to do. ##### Tina L. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the decor is quaint. The only con was that when the windows were opened in the evenings to cool the house down there was road noise. This would not be an issue in cooler or winter months. ##### Tom H.
