It is also close to hiking, golf, restaurants, the train, and the college. Inside the one-level home, is a large, open living room with flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace. Included in the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa. A bedroom and bathroom are on each level. There is a washer and dryer are inside this condo. Outside the front entry to this home, is a private and covered balcony, with outdoor furniture to provide outdoor living space. Two flights of stairs lead up to this condo. BED CONFIGURATION: \* Bedroom #1 - King bed with full bathroom \* Bedroom #2 - Queen / twin bunk bed NOTES: This property has Air Conditioning - window units. Washer/Dryer inside your condo. Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Ferringway DO NOT allow pets. AMENITIES: The Ferringway Townhomes offers a shared hot tub and heated swimming pool for guest use. The pool deck has plenty of room for lounging, as well as multiple gas grills and outdoor dining space without having to leave the grounds. There is easy access to City Open Space hiking and mountain biking trails behind this property. THE POOL IS OPEN APPX MEMORIAL WEEKEND TO END OF SEPTEMBER; HOT TUB IS OPEN YEAR-ROUND. LOCATION: Ferringway is just a 5-minuts drive to historic downtown Durango and the Durango Train, plus restaurants, shops and entertainment. Driving about 30 minutes to the north takes you to Purgatory Ski Resort and the high San Juan Mountains. Mesa Verde National Park, a noted World Heritage Site, is about a 40-minute drive to the West. Hillcrest Golf Club is a five-minute drive from this condo, as is the main campus of Fort Lewis College. Whether visiting Durango for skiing, summer Rocky Mountain adventures, attending a wedding, graduation at Fort Lewis College, riding the Durango Train or visiting Mesa Verde National Park, playing golf, hiking and mountain biking on local trails, this Durango townhome at Ferringway is a great place to stay! Place was very nice and comfortable. We had a little bit of a problem with the electrical outlets. A few had to have the cord "held in place" with something. It was a nice touch in the "kids" room to have classic books. It was very clean and comfortable. You can hear the upstairs neighbors quite a bit, but it didn’t really bother us. The location is great, very easy to get everywhere. We loved walking downtown and visiting the Powerhouse museum with the boys. A master bed that doesn’t sag in the middle and black out curtains would make this a 5 star place! ##### Anne L.
