Inside the two-level home, is a large, open living room with flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room with a table for six. The nearby kitchen includes new appliances and countertops, with dinnerware, cookware and utensils. There are window AC units in the summer months. Outside is a balcony with outdoor furniture, views surrounding landscaping, mature trees and foothills in the distance. The balcony serves as the private entrance to the condo. WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP: \* Loft - Queen w/full bath (upper level) \* 2nd - Queen (main level) \* Living Area - Queen Sleeper Sofa (main level) GOOD TO KNOW: This property has Air Conditioning - window units. Washer/Dryer inside your condo. There are two flights of stairs leading up to this condo. Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Ferringway DO NOT allow pets. At this price, I have a list for the owners. 1\. Replace your towels and linens with all cotton sheets and better towels. I was issued towels like this in college. 2\. Get rid of the area rug on top of carpet in the living area. If the carpet is stained or worn - replace it. 3\. Pots and pans need upgrading. Why are there 4 8" fry pans? Reviewer Comments: The four of us had a great time, the condo was equipped with pretty much everything one would need. Location was great! A little walk to get into downtown. The area was very quiet. We had access to the pool and hot tub which was wonderful! No issues at all with anything in the condo or with booking it. The host replied promptly with any question I had.
