This non-smoking property is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Durango’s many amenities. It is a five-minute drive to downtown making dining out a breeze. Each bedroom features a cozy queen bed, perfect for a tremendous night's sleep. One bedroom and one full bath is on the ground floor with only one step to enter, making it easier for those with mobility challenges.
