About this property

Beautiful home in private setting yet only15 min to town & 10 min to lake

  • This upscale vacation rental is located on a private 3 acre lot 15min from Durango on a paved road. It is the ideal retreat to return to after a day of site seeing with family and friends.

    This beautifully landscaped home has a large, fully fenced, pet friendly yard. The house will sleep 8 people. We offer free WiFi. There are 3 bedrooms each with their own bath plus a queen fold out sleeper sofa in the family room. The entire upper floor is a master suite with a private balcony over looking the yard.

    Lake Nighthorse is 10 min away and will open Apr 1st with swimming, boating and fishing. Canoe and kayak available at the lake.
