Located in the heart of the Iconic Dubai City, one of the most happening areas in the Emirate, this brand-new apartment offers unforgettable views of Dubai’s skyscrapers and overlooks the swimming pool, where one can relax and enjoy the charm of Dubai! The Space The contemporary style lounge area features a large comfy sofa with an accompanying lounge chair, and a coffee table situated across a large HD television. The elegant dining table is situated next to the balcony to seat up to 4 people. The semi-American style kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances to include a toaster, kettle, and a coffee maker for a seamless stay. Master Bedroom The tastefully furnished master bedroom features a King-sized bed with bedside tables and lampshades. You’ll have access to a walk-in closet. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee on the balcony with its amazing views. An en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, a walk-in shower unit, a toilet and double basins. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed having an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Guest Access Guests can enjoy a wide range of recreational amenities including a Gym and a Shared Swimming pool. Getting Around You can always hail an RTA taxi to move around the city easily. I am not sure i will rent again from you due to this as i feel i was cheated out of something i wanted to experience in Dubai and i did not with the one you gave us. ##### Richard V.
