Located on a quiet street behind a beautiful park which has basketball courts, a stocked fishing lake, a skate park, tennis courts, and even a playground! A quick 10-min drive to the Ark Encounter, and close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. Ideal for large groups or families. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, private backyard and 2 open concept living spaces with plenty of room. The Space: Our home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a fully stocked and beautifully renovated kitchen, and not just 1 but 2 spacious entertainment spaces! Sleeping 14 guests comfortably, this home was created with large families in mind! Featuring key-less entry, wifi, multiple Smart TVs, cable, private fenced-in backyard, and a close proximity to park lake, playground and baseball field. Parking is no problem, with a driveway large enough for 4 to 5 vehicles. Down the hall you will find Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 along with an updated full size bath. Downstairs you'll enter our second living room, designed to be an entertainment space for game nights and quality time. This spacious room features a seperate living space with a queen size pullout bed, Smart TV with cable included, a card/game table, an upgraded kitchenette and the second full size bath. Off the living space is Bedroom 4 which also includes its very own Smart TV with cable included. Use the walkout basement door off the entertainment space to access your own private fenced-in backyard perfect for enojying the breeze while eating dinner on our patio table. Guest Access: Entry is by smart lock door code. Guests have access to the entire home. Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. The two levels was a perfect option for us and the large kitchen made family dinners easy to prepare. The location was nice and quiet and off the busy street. The park around the corner was super convenient as was the Walmart up the street. The property manager responded quickly with answers to questions and was very accommodating. Very spacious with plenty of room for air matresses if you did not want to utilize the pull-out beds.
