« In a few words: - amazing staff: very friendly and from what I could see, there is a nice atmosphere among them. The people I interacted with at the reception were always verry friendly and smiling. Same with the cleaning staff. - comfort was average because I ended up having a room at the bottom floor, just above the entrance so I could hear people talking and moving their lugagge very often (I very often keep my windows open for ventilation). I got a darker room (unfortunately not much...

"In a few words: - amazing staff: very friendly and from what I could see, there is a nice atmosphere among them. The people I interacted with at the reception were always verry friendly and smiling. Same with the cleaning staff. - comfort was average because I ended up having a room at the bottom floor, just above the entrance so I could hear people talking and moving their lugagge very often (I very often keep my windows open for ventilation). I got a darker room (unfortunately not much sunlight) but I guess it depends which room you get. Also I don't know why Moxy group does not put a proper chair in each room since most guests are here for business.Very uncomfortable to work on this small footstool/ottoman + the desk is too small. Thanks to the nice staff who offered me to borrow one of the chair from the common room to bring into my room. - eco-friendly: I'm not aware of the group policy. I don't see any bin only for recylcing in the room (some hotels do that). Overall it's a nice place to stay but since it is expensive to stay there, I am more demanding and detail-oriented in my feedback. Prices are too high according to me, as it is in most Ireland."
