It’s a unique 4 acre property with 5 modern tiny houses that sit on open range with free grazing livestock which occasionally show up as they do not belong to us. This tiny house comfortably sleeps 2 on a queen bed but we do have a sofa/futon that's great for kids. Enjoy sitting on the porch or at the picnic table under the trees to kick back and relax on a cool evening. It’s a great place to stay for a weekend getaway! 3 things that could be improved upon: 1\. Adding a curtain or some sort of divide between the bedroom area and living area so that if one person wants to sleep you can block the light from the living room. 2\. Adding a dehumidifier fan to the bathroom. 3\. Adding more places to hang clothes and towels (more hooks and/or towel racks would be great!) ##### Emily M. Dripping Springs and Tom Dooley’s place were perfect. The tiny house was exactly as claimed in the listing. Clean and had everything you needed. Close to all the things Dripping Springs and surrounding areas have to offer. The only disappointment was that the cows didn’t come up to the front porch for a visit as depicted in the listing pictures 🙁 We had a wonderful break and would choose Tom Dooley’s again. 😊 ##### Nancy B.
