Our experience was excellent, and I have to give a huge thanks to our host, Steve, who gave us some indispensable advice for hitting the Bear Lake entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park before 7:00 AM, as I had goofed and missed making timed entry reservations. This was terrific advice, as the experience of seeing the sunrise over Bear Lake was unforgettable. We comfortably stayed here as a party of 6\. The beds were super comfortable and the house gave us enough space to spread out and not be on top of each other. We spent a lot of time on the front porch or walking around the property to hang out by the river. The fire pit was also fantastic. The drive into down was only about 5 min, so very close to everything but also out in nature. We had a hot tub which was a nice addition. Communication from the property manager was great, as was follow up after our visit. The room was far enough off the street to not hear any traffic noise. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
