A quelques minutes à pied, la superette, les deux boulangeries, la fromagerie et le grand marché de Tréboul bi-hébdomadaire ont largement suffit à nos besoins.Le vélo (avec casque et cadenas) dans la buanderie (commune aux quatre appartements) au rez-de-jardin fut une très bonne surprise.Les lits sont très confortables et le linge de lit et de toilette de bonne qualité en coton. Nous étions trois adultes, dont un couple, donc nous n'avons occupé que deux chambres, une au rez-de-chaussée et l'autre sur la mézannine. Le seul petit bémol concerne justement ces chambres sur la mézannine.
