Inexpensive but in need of a makeover.

We stayed one week in the Cottswald, and this was by far the nicest place we stayed. It was truly a resort experience. The grounds were gorgeous, and there were many indoor and outdoor seating areas including 3 posh lounges with different vibes. Reading, games and music/relaxing. Upscale Aromatherapy diffusers by each bedside! Dinner was best meal of our lives, and a lovely breakfast was included. The smart tv worked perfectly, and the staff was incredibly helpful. There was a helpful welcome brochure, and walking maps. The first day, We had a lovely walk to Edbrington. Second day, we visited Hidcote gardens. We recommend both. The mini bar was stocked with goodies for purchase, and were provided with water, espresso, and hot chocolate. This luxury hotel is managed with a lot of love and attention to detail. Would stay again!

Lovely Village location, and quaint accommodation. I stayed in one of the rooms round the corner from the pub. It was a ground floor room with large bathroom. Things to note: No contact details in the room for reception / pub staff (same thing) No Wi-Fi details - had to go to pub and wait until the barman was free to ask. Only just enough toilet roll for one night for one person (not going to the pub to ask out loud) No plugs near the kettle so had to plug it in on the floor by the door. Food in the pub ok. There was limited availability for my dates in the village but I have stayed in better near by for less.

Overall lovely place snd good price

it was incredibly clean, it was exactly what i wanted. i needed somewhere with a large fridge and a microwave to heat up food and store all the drinks needed for this kind of weather. the only downside for me personally was the tv didn't have all of the popular streaming apps on the interface and the chromecast feature was a bit glitchy.
