"체크인을 하는데 예약 확인서를 제출해도 예약 확인이 되지 않는다고 한시간동안 기다렸어요. 사진에있던 수영장은 운영하지 않았습니다. 예약시에 공지도 미안함도 저혀 없었고 장점은 청결함뿐 단 두개의 레스토랑 중 하나만 운영하고 운영중인 것이 없습니다. 이런 호텔은 처음 경험합니다. 한시간 대기동안 다른 중국인 손님들은 모두 객실을 받아 들어갔고 다시는 가고싶지않은 호텔입니다"
