  • This stunning newly remodeled property is located in Dillon, Colorado, offering a lovely, spacious retreat with breathtaking mountain and Lake Dillon views. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this residence provides ample space for both relaxation and entertainment, along with a private hot tub.

    The main level features a large living room and den, complete with a pool table, creating the perfect space for socializing and unwinding. Three bedrooms on this level provide comfortable accommodations for guests: the first bedroom features a queen bed, the second bedroom features two twin-over-twin bunks with two twin trundles underneath each. The other bedroom features a queen bed. This floor also includes a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. Guests will also find access to the lower-level patio, where you can enjoy the private hot tub, build your own outdoor fire pit (wood not included), and take advantage of the seating available.

Awesome Spot!!

The house was great! Plenty of space, beds and bathrooms for our group of 6. The pool table and hot tub were great as well. The location is central to several ski resorts and close to everything in Dillon. The check in process was easy and the management company was quick to reply to questions. We loved it and would absolutely stay there again if it is available.
