Fully updated with slab granite kitchen, stainless appliances, wood floors, beautiful baths, wood doors and more. Lake Dillon Condos 207 is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bath with incredible mountain and lake views. Sleeps 4\. Large Roku-enabled HD flatscreen, comfortable leather furniture, gas fireplace, cable with ESPN and BlueRay/DVD player in the living room. Free private WiFi. The unit has hardwood floors and doors and tile baths with granite counters. Lake and Colorado themed decor. Fully-equipped kitchen with room for meal prep. Dining table seats 4\. Covered deck can be used year-round with a table that seats 4\. South facing and full of light. Floor to ceiling windows.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.

\~ Queen Sofabed in living room and full hall bath.

2 unassigned parking spots in the surface lot. Parking by Permit Only and provided at check-in. Hang from rear-view mirror.   
  
Amenities  
Complex has elevator, salt water hot tub, gathering room, pool table, coin-op washers and dryers and shared gas grills. Located on a park with direct access to Lake Dillon. Community grills are located on the ground floor and must be pulled away from building and placed next to grass before usage. Grills must be attended to at all times when in use.  
  
Location  
Great central location with easy access to I-70\. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to restaurants, brewpub, bars, nightlife, music/vinyl store, bowling. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.  
  
Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, sporting goods, ski/board rental and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Free Summit Stage bus service is 2 blocks up the street and goes to all towns, resorts and the outlets.  
  
In the summer walk to the farmers market, summer concerts and marina. Listen to the music at the Dillon Amphitheater from your deck. Next to Marina Park, and near the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina. On the Summit County Recreation Path which is also plowed in the winter for lakefront walking.

Only thing I would suggest is that you mention to future guests that there is a drinking water issue. (Water has higher than safe levels of lead) We would have brought our water filter with us instead of having to go to the store just to buy bottled water during our stay

#### Good place, good location, great view.

Nice clean place. Very centrally located in Dillon. Great view of the lake and mountains. A little odd you enter into the bedroom and the balcony is shared with the neighbor. Place was clean, kitchen looked brand new, furniture was appropriate and comfortable. Two bathrooms a plus. I would stay here again.

My sweetie and I have rented many a VRBO, and they usually fall a little short of what was promised/expected. This rental scared us at first, as from the parking lot this building looks like a big Motel 6\. But we dragged ourselves in, confirming our Motel 6 diagnosis when the front door opens onto the bedroom... but then we walked down the hall to the main living space and were utterly floored by the gorgeous front-row seat this condo has of the delectable Dillon Reservoir. The living space is so well-balanced, with a TV that has all the subscriptions we desired (Netflix, Prime, HBO) already enabled (a rare thing in VRBO land), a small but utterly beautiful and heat-spewing gas fire-stove, a well-equiped kitchen with charming cups and plates, we fell in love with this condo, an affection that only deepened with the passing days.

#### Great place, centrally located, AMAZING View!

Great condo and all the amenities for a weekend get away in the mountains. The views of Lake Dillon from this place are AMAZING. Centrally located in Dillon, but easy and fast access to I-70 to venture into other mountain towns like Frisco and Breckenridge. The property managment company customer service was superb. The condo itself had all the amenities of being at home. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

#### Beautiful view, convenient location, reasonable price

Our family of four stayed at this condo for a Spring Break ski vacation. Overall, very much enjoyed our stay--as indicated in the title, we had a great view out the windows, the location was ideal (close to many conveniences in Dillon and a short drive to skiing), and the pricing was reasonable. Our only significant concern is that the mattresses (king & two twin trundles) are uncomfortable. Our kids found the twin beds to be lumpy/they could feel the individual springs. The king bed likewise felt hard/uneven. If the mattresses get replaced, this condo would be wonderful. Only other (likely unavoidable) issue is that it is a condo; folks in other units were too happy to bring loud, barking dogs, which got a bit bothersome. All told, aside from the mattresses--which I assume the owners will address--this place is a great value for the money.
