Could walk to many places that I needed and wanted to go. Yes even in winter. Those included City Market grocery store, Dillon Dam Brewery, and many restaurants. Kitchen had all utensils that I needed for my breakfast and dinner needs. Not too noisy, could hear a dog when walking outside in the hall but did not disturb when hanging out or sleeping. Property is located above the strip mall in photos on third level. Stairs or elevator to get to apt level. Email from property manager was very detailed, provides what you need to know. Assigned parking is located north of the bank. Nicely stocked kitchen if you want to stay in.Only drawback is the bedroom is upstairs, about 16 steps.
