This is a one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom recently renovated house, beautifully furnished to provide a comfortable, home feel experience to our guest. Enjoy the outdoors from every room with spectacular views of Sunrises, Sunsets, or ships passing through. Our open floor plan of Living Room /Kitchen makes spending time with your loved ones the best. The top level of the house and the yard is all yours to enjoy. Bottom room is owner’s storage. You will have the entire property.

We have plenty of cleaning and disinfectant supplies to use for your family’s comfort. Towels, paper towels, toilet paper rolls, laundry detergent, softener, trash bags, dish detergent, and dishwasher pods available for our guests.

No smoking, No pets, No events or party , Capacity is 4 adult guests.
For safety of our property we have surveillance cameras on entrance points to the house as well as around our property.

Additional charges:
One-time cleaning fee: $150
One-time security deposit: $400
Any unregistered guests will also be charged $25 per day per person.

We have a no-pet/animal policy at all times due to severe allergies of our own host/guest families. A violation of this rule will result in a charge of $75 per pet.

A check-out time after 3 pm will result in you (the guest) being charged the nightly rate. No exceptions.
The host holds the right to charge guests additional fees for violating any house rules and/or causing any property damage.
